Jen has worked closely with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), managing its external communications with the media and across the whole of its stakeholder base. She has also provided media support to the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee, promoting the role pharmacies play in the wider healthcare sector, and led on communications for a major inquiry commissioned by the Department for Health and Social Care.
Jen led on Luther’s work for tutoring charity Tutors United, looking at the evolving role of parents in education delivery during the coronavirus pandemic and beyond; for the Independent Schools Partnership on communicating difficult messaging around the impact of the coronavirus on boarding schools; for student accommodation provider Campus Living Villages; and for Newcastle University’s Policy Academy, a training programme combining public affairs, media and communications to help the university influence government policy.
Jen has led on development of thought leadership content for peer-to-peer lending company Zopa, and worked with intellectual property lawyers Anderson Law to promote research on the university spinouts ecosystem, which led to media coverage in Forbes and is regularly cited on legal blogs.
