Hamish helps Luther’s clients to effectively tell their story to the media and political decision makers. He has provided strategic communications advice to clients in a range of industries, including education, energy and financial services. Hamish has supported PR and public affairs campaigns for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Boeing Company, helping them to monitor important legislative changes and engage with their key stakeholders. This has included supporting clients with training ahead of select committee and media appearances.
Hamish also has significant experience of regulatory and ESG issues through his work with consultancy Bovill and London Market insurers, helping them to develop original insights in their thought leadership. He has helped US-based engineering firm Burns & McDonnell develop its message and grow its presence in the UK media, as it expands its European operations. His work has also involved reactive communications for a higher education institution during a PR crisis.
Hamish graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in History in 2020.
